Get to Know Jen

As a fourth generation Washingtonian, I know a little something about life in the Northwest. Let me be your guide to the Evergreen State and the local real estate market. I grew up in the beautiful suburban neighborhood of Mill Creek and I know Snohomish County suburbs like the back of my hand! I’ve also lived in Kirkland and love all that the Eastside has to offer. We are so fortunate in Western Washington— we have a bustling & diverse economy and some of the most picturesque scenery in the county.

I started selling real estate right out of college in 2004 and I have been working hard on behalf of my clients every day since. This real estate market is dynamic and it presents different opportunities for different people at different times. I love helping buyers and seller achieve the American dream of home ownership. My mission is to provide my clients the expertise they expect, the counsel they trust, and the top-notch service they deserve.

Over the years I’ve served the REALTOR community as a Director at Snohomish County Camano Island Association of REALTORS and was voted “The One to Watch” for my leadership at the Association. Currently, I serve as the Windermere Real Estate/North, Inc representative for Windermere Standards of Practice Committee. Completing the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation through the Association of REALTORS gives me an edge when it comes to counseling Baby Boomers and mature generations on their real estate goals and needs. I’ve also received extensive negotiation training through the Windermere Ninja Installation and the nationally recognized Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) Course.

I remain active as an alumni at Archbishop Murphy High School and give my time, talent, and treasure. From every closed sale generated from a connection to the school, I give back to the programs and students most in need at the school.

When it comes time for fun, I enjoy traveling and I’ve been to 16 countries over the years including a study abroad in Brisbane, Australia. I’m a thrill-seeker by nature and I’m proud to say I’ve dove the Great Barrier Reef, gone skydiving, and bungee jumped off a bridge in New Zealand. So needless to say, I’m not scared of a challenging real estate market!

Real estate is my passion, but when I’m not selling homes, I’m spending time with my two young sons who love being on the go and are “my little assistants”. We enjoy getting fresh mountain air in the Wild Sky Wilderness area along Hwy 2 and love the small, railroad town of Skykomish, just 15 minutes to Stevens Pass. We feel so lucky to call the Pacific Northwest home and I look forward to sharing all the BEST things about living in the Upper Left USA with you.

I look forward to the opportunity to help you buy or sell a home. Don’t hesitate to call, email, text, or follow me on Facebook!
